    We’ve designed our booking experience to be intentional, flexible, and tailored to your needs. Here’s what to know before scheduling your appointment.

    New Guests Start with a Consultation

    All new guests begin with a H.A.S.A (Hair & Scalp Analysis). This allows us to understand your hair, your goals, and create a personalized care plan.
    You can book the H.A.S.A only or book a service (the H.A.S.A will be included)

  • Step 1- Select Your Booking Method

    Begin by selecting how you’d like to book—either by exploring our gallery or browsing the service list. From there, choose your booking path as a new guest, returning guest, or member/package holder to be guided to the appropriate services and scheduling options.

  • Step 2 — Review Your Service Details

    Take time to review the service, and add-on descriptions to insure you are booking the correct service for the out come you want. If you are not sure, please email us at info@serenitylocsandcurls.com

  • Step 3 — Date & Time

    Browse available appointment times.

    Choose the date and time that works best for you

    Standard Appointment Times: Book during regular salon hours at our standard rate.

    Extended Appointment Times: For added flexibility outside of standard hours. A $120 extended hours fee applies.

    If your preferred time isn’t available:

    Use the “Join Waitlist” option to be notified if the spot opens.

  • Step 4 — Reserve Your Appointment

    New & returning guests pay a 40% non-refundable deposit/ retainer to secure their booking.

    Members & Package Holders will skip this step.

    Your deposit/retainer will be applied to your final total at checkout.

    Our Booking Policy

  • Step 5— Receive Your Confirmation

    You will receive your confirmation via text and email.

    it will include: welcome packet and forms based on the services booked.

  • Step6 — Complete Any Required Forms

    Depending on your service, you may receive:

    Consultation forms

    New client forms

    Color or treatment forms

    Please complete these before your appointment so your stylist can prepare for your service.

  • Step 7— Arrive & Check In

    When you arrive:

    Park in the Metropolis Parking Structure

    Take the elevator to the 3rd floor

    Walk over to Salons by JC

    Check in on the iPad outside Studio #24

    Have a seat on the bench — your stylist will greet you

    If the main door is locked (before 9:30 AM, after 6:00 PM, or on Sundays/Mondays):

    Message your stylist from your confirmation link and they will buzz you in.
